GREENOLA


This, of all the recipes, is probably my favourite so

far. I’m not the kind of person who goes for eggs,

bacon, sausages, pancakes and waffles every

morning, I feel like this is the kind of breakfast that

is only good for bad hangovers and/or holidays.

To me, the best way to start your day is to have a

healthy, light, but filling breakfast to get you going

until lunch. Adding some amazing Sativa infused

coconut oil to your breakfast is the best way to get

you energetic, uplifted, happy and creative.

INGREDIENTS


3 Cups Rolled oats

1 Cup Almonds

1 Cup Coconut chips

1 Cup Cashews

1 Cup Pistachios

1 Cup Sunflower seeds

1 Cup Shredded coconut

1 Cup Maple syrup

1 Cup Cannacoco (100mg)

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

STEPS


In a large mixing bowl, add

the rolled oats, almonds,

coconut chips, cashews,

pistachios, sunflower seeds,

shredded coconut and mix

thoroughly.


In a small mixing bowl,

add the maple syrup, Cannacoco,

vanilla extract and mix until homogeneous.


Add the wet ingredients to the dry

ingredients and mix thoroughly.


Place a parchment paper on large

baking tray and spread the granola

mixture evenly in a thin layer.


Bake for 45 minutes in an oven set

at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.


Leave to chill for 10-15 minutes and

store in an airtight container.
