This is probably the recipe that my friends enjoyed the
most. At the Terpenes launching party, we had bunch
of edibles on a table for people to try and not only
the popcorn was delicious, it was also quite potent. I
still to this day have people talking to me about how
great the popcorn was. It’s definitely a good way to
take your party to a higher level!
½ Cup White sugar
½ Cup Brown sugar
¼ Cup Corn syrup
70 gr Unsalted butter
4 Tablespoons Cannacoco
In a pan set on medium high heat,
add the white sugar, brown sugar
and corn syrup. Gently move the pan
around until all the sugars are melted
and carefully cook the sugars to obtention
of golden brown caramel color.
Add in the butter and the cannacoco and
mix thoroughly using a whisk, be careful
not to burn yourself, caramel can reach
temperatures up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Immediately drop the caramel on the popcorn
and mix right away before the caramel solidifies.
Leave to chill for a few minutes before serving.
Keep in a sealed container for up to a week.
